All labor and installation is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Professional installation is required on all items.
Failure to comply with manufacturer’s instructions will void all warranty.
Jim Walz Distributing/Total Fireplace.com cannot and will not be responsible for items ordered and shipped by the manufacturer that arrive later than discussed or damaged in route by the freight carrier.
All special orders are considered final and cannot be returned. No refunds are allowed on special orders, electronic parts, gas appliances, chimneys, stovepipes, mantles, remote controls or electric fireplaces.
Any item that may be returned must be in the original box, unused and ready to sell.
There is a 30% restocking fee on all returned items to cover the cost of time, labor and expenses incurred by the original transaction. All items are subject to California Sales Tax.
